What was the highlight of Hotel Kupolen
Needs a lot of improvement. Breakfast was the only thing I was fully satisfied with.
Breakfast was the best thing! I got to check in earlier than I was supposed to. There was very little soap left in my room and when it was finished I called the man in charge to send me money for a new one and he did.
No shampoo or shower gel, I had to go down to the super market and buy some. Then the soap got finished and when I called the person in charge he said the staff left for the day and I couldn’t get more soap until the next day. I asked him to send me money for a new one and reluctantly he did so I went to the super market again. The staff spoke neither Swedish nor English so when I wanted to ask them something they couldn’t help me. The sheets did’t smell nice so I asked for new ones, it didn’t help so I guess the pillow itself wasn’t fresh.

The location close to the railway station. The price.
There was a discrepance between booking and the hotel - we got a single bed but we booked for 2 persons (but the owner was nice and quick and got us another room with 2 beds). There were dogs in the breakfast area and I am allergic to dogs - they also barked so I was glad we didn't have the room next to their's.
